As a full-spectrum doula, I offer non-clinical emotional, physical, and informational support during fertility journeys, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, abortion, and pregnancy loss.

If you’re navigating IVF, dealing with pregnancy loss, considering an abortion, newly pregnant, or recently postpartum, there can be so much to manage, understand, research and process. It can be especially hard to rely on friends, family or partners in these moments. Only you are in your body.

I offer virtual support sessions on a sliding scale. In our time together, I listen closely to understand your experience, without judgment. Instead of prescriptive guidance (I don’t offer medical advice), I'm here to share information, resources, and support that make the moment feel more manageable.

Maybe you just had a failed round of IVF and you’re debating the paths forward. Or you are newly pregnant and you’re wondering what decisions you have to make (like whether to hire a birth doula or a night nurse or both!), and when. Maybe you’re going back to work after having a baby and you’re overwhelmed. You don’t have to do it alone.

*I do this work alongside my consulting practice, because doulas can play an important role in mitigating the impact of unjust systems around birth and reproductive health. I see this work as an extension of my commitment to more just and equitable communities.

My trainings include:

  • Full Spectrum Doula Training, Birthing Advocacy Doula Training

  • Lactation Education Counselor, UC San Diego Extension

  • Foundational Newborn Care, Newborn Care Solutions

  • Child & Infant CPR/First Aid Training, American Red Cross
